I’ve been feeling bloated for more than a week now. Last Friday, I ate a spicy hotdog for breakfast, and now my heart was beating really fast and I was sweating a little bit and the thought of losing control of my body. It lasted for 10-15 minutes but I felt really drained after that. It is now Tuesday and I’ve been experiencing shortness of breath, bloating fast heartbeat, and bubbly stomach. Also when I wake up sometimes my heart beats really fast and It takes a couple of minutes to calm down.
Please help.
