Allergy or chest problem

I am going to go into as much detail as possible.
So, I have always had a sinus problem. Always. I wake up in the morning and it’s constant sneezing and blowing my nose. This is everyday. Well, I live in Louisiana so lots of pollen. Things like pollen, dust, cats, newly cut grass, cigarette smoke all make my eyes swell and I’ll be sick for days. Well yesterday we were outside having a crawfish boil while the world was shut down. It was extremely hot. I went inside for a little bit and felt my heart was racing, my chest hurt, I was nauseous, my throat was itchy, felt like it was closing up, my nose was running. I honestly felt like I was dying. My mom said it was most likely a severe allergy attack. Today after dinner I had some blackened fish. I felt that awful chest pain with my heart racing and my ears were very clogged. So I took my blood pressure it was 121 over 91 and then I took it a second time and it was 127 over 78. I wasn’t outside much today and I don’t see how my chest could be hurting from that. She thinks it’s indigestion but it’s hurting a lot.
