My heart is pounding

Hi I am a 40 year old female. I have been dealing with my heart pounding against my chest for the last week. It predominantly happens when I wake up in the morning. I do have a history of anxiety, specifically health anxiety and was on lexipro until 2 months ago. I am not currently on any medication. I had a ekg and nuclear stress test done a little under a year ago which came back fine. I believe the pounding is related to anxiety. My pulse is about 85-90 and have no other symptoms such as dizziness or shortness of breath. Should I be concerned that it is happening daily? Can it cause a heart attack? I’m trying to control my anxiety naturally without having to go back on the medication, but the heart pounding is starting to scare me.
