sinus tachycardia

Hii, My friend (25yrs old) had a ECG test recently. In the report it showed abnormal heart beat. It stated that suspected left ventr. hypertrophy, sinus tachycardia; slightly depressed ST segment( lateral, inferior) ; small positive T wave(lateral, anterior); T-wave near baseline (inferior); probably abnormal ECG.

Could you help me know is it serious ? What are the possible remedies to cure it?

thanks in advance

  1. Indeed it’s not normal.

Can you send the copy of report to analyse it further ?

Probably your friend will need Echo cardiography to rule out any structural heart disease.
